Missing baggage:
Individual airlines operate their own lost and found offices. The airport lost and found office is located in the Operations Center on the first floor of the terminal. The Lost and Found office can be reached at +1 518 242 2300.

Help for stranded travelers:
An Information Center is located on the first level of the terminal between the ticket and baggage claim areas. For more information contact the Information Center at +1 518 242 2200 or +1 518 242 2299.
