Auckland International Airport Terminal Information

Introduction

Auckland International offers all the facilities a passenger would expect from a modern airport. A visitor's information centre is located on the ground floor of the Domestic Transfer Area. It is open for all flights and provides a comprehensive information service. Brochures and pamphlets are also available in addition to a booking service for accommodation and transport. The visitors information centre is also a ticketing agent for all New Zealand travel operators.

Auckland Airport provides an efficient Domestic Transfer Area and baggage services shop, including left luggage, as well as a lost property shop, passenger assistance, medical services, including a pharmacy located in the International Terminal. In addition to the usual facilities to post letters and make telephone calls, passengers with special needs are also catered for, as all public areas of the airport are accessible for wheelchairs, including shower, toilet facilities and drinking fountains.

Auckland Airport is served by many International carriers, such as Aerolineas Argentinas, Air New Zealand, Air Pacific, Air Tahiti Nui, Air Vanuatu, Aircalin, Cathay Pacific Airways, Emirates, EVA Air, Korean Air, Lan Chile, Malaysia Airlines, Pacific Blue, Polynesian Airlines, Qantas Airways, Royal Brunei Airlines, Singapore Airlines and Thai Airways International. In addition several other airlines code share with those above, which are Air Canada, American Airlines, Asiana Airlines, Austrian Airlines, British Airways, Japan Airlines, KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, Lufthansa, Mexicana and United Airlines.
