The airport information desk is situated on Departures Level of the Brussels Airport (BRU) .Guided airport tours are available for visitors. Contact the Guided Tours department for further information.The hotel reservations panel is located in the Arrivals Hall .

Medical Facilities

A professional medical team is available at all times at the Brussels Airport (BRU). The airport clinic is located on level 0, near the bus parking. Request for assistance at the information desk in the Departures Hall or from any member of airline or airport staff.

Wheelchairs

The entrances to the Brussels Airport (BRU) terminal open automatically and are large enough for wheelchair users to get to the departure gates on their own. A designated drop-off / pick-up area is located at the Departures Level with facilities for wheelchair users.

Elevators

All elevators at the Brussels Airport (BRU) are accessible by wheelchairs.
