Brussels Airport Zaventem Terminal Information
Terminals
Brussels Airport (BRU) terminal consists of five levels; 0, 1, 2, 3 and 4. The train station and the bus station are located in Level 0 and Level 1. Level 2 is the Arrival Level and Level 3 is the Departures Level. The terminal offers an assortment of restaurants, bars, newsstands and shops. Bars and restaurants serve a variety of food and drink, with many offering a choice of Belgian beers. Shops sell a wide range of merchandise, from books to clothing to electronic goods. Business assistance services, banking services and ATMs are also available.
Car rental companies such as Avis, Budget, Europcar, HERTZ Corporation, National, Alamo and SIXT operate from the Brussels Airport (BRU), and the car rental desks are located in the terminal.
Facilities for the disabled passengers include handicap accessible restrooms, wheelchair services, elevators and ramps and other assistance on request.
