Terminals

The Buffalo Niagara International Airport features one terminal for passenger services. Passenger airlines operating from the Airport's terminal include AirTran, American Eagle, Continental Airlines, Continental Express, Comair, Independence Air, Jet Blue, Northwest Airlines, Prior Aviation, Southwest Airlines, United Airlines, United Express, US Airways, and US Airways Express.

The Buffalo Niagara International Airport offers many services and facilities for travelers passing through the Airport. An information centre is located on the lower level of the airport terminal, next to baggage reclaim. This information centre at Buffalo Niagara International Airport provides maps, regional information, bus timetables, brochures, and a courtesy paging telephone. Other Terminal facilities include Automated Teller Machines, post office, currency exchange facilities, public telephones, snack bars, newsstand, gift shop, hair salon, shoe shine, and children's playing areas.

Gift Shops


The Monarch Newsstand and Gift Shop offers a large and varied selection of hard to find items. The gift shop is located on the upper level just inside security. To have items gift wrapped call ahead on (716) 565 9333.

Restaurants and Bars


The Buffalo Niagara International Airport features a fine variety of dining options. The airport's restaurants and bars include Burger King, AllStars Bar, Matties Texas Red Hots, Vending, Wings to Go, and Uno's Pizza.


Business Services

Internet Access


Computer workstations are available in three locations at the airport, nearby to Gates 3, 14 and 20. Wireless Internet access is available from anywhere within the departure level beyond the ticket lobby. A daily charge will be made for use of the wireless Internet services.

Fax and Photocopying


As an extra indulgence for business travelers, The Monarch Newsstand and Gift Shop also offers several business services such as fax and copier services.

Arrangements can be made to ship items purchase at the Monarch Newsstand and Gift Shop located on the upper level of the terminal.

The Monarch Newsstand and Gift Shop offers currency exchange facilities for travelers. The shop is located just inside security on the upper level.

Automatic Teller Machines (ATMs)


Automatic Teller Machines are conveniently located in both the upper level and within close proximity to the baggage claim on the lower level of the terminal.

Tourists can obtain both general and ground transport information at the two information centers located just a few steps away from the baggage claim on the lower level of the terminal building.

Disabled Facilities

Elevators

Elevators provide easy accessibility to all areas of the airport. All controls feature raised / Braille numbers on them.

Telephones

For travelers with hearing impairments, the airport features TDD phones at the east end phone bank on the lower level, the west end phone bank on the upper level, and the East Wing of the airport.

Signs

Travelers with visual impairments will find the raised characters and Braille in directional signs very convenient.

Alarm System

Alarms at the airport feature a component for visual signals to notify travelers with hearing impairments during an emergency.
