Medical and paramedical services are provided in both terminals. A pharmacy is available in the international terminal.
Disabled Facilities
The airport is easily accessible to handicapped travellers, and lifts and ramps are available where necessary. Passengers requiring wheelchairs should contact their airline in advance. Handicap-accessible parking is available in both car parks.
Tourist Information
Information for tourists, arriving at the Caracas Maiquetía (Simón Bolívar) International Airport (MQV), is provided by the information centres located in both domestic and international terminals.

Missing Baggage
Retrieval facilities, for luggage left behind, are available in both terminals.

Information centres are located as two desks each in both domestic and international terminals.
