Lost & Found

Missing baggage:
Contact your airline directly regarding lost or damaged luggage. Proceed to the airport Police Office in the terminal main hall or call +1 616 233 6015 for further assistance.

Help for stranded travelers:
The Visitor Information Desk is located in the baggage claim area and it is staffed from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm seven days a week. This information desk functions as collaboration between Gerald R. Ford International Airport and the Grand Rapids / Kent County Convention & Visitors Bureau.
