Piedmont Triad International Airport consists of a two level terminal, which is separated as the north and south concourses. The Piedmont Triad International Airport terminal is built in an area of 256,000 square feet and supports 19 boarding gates, at which a total of 7 major commercial airlines operate.

Traveler services at the Piedmont Triad International Airport provides restaurants and snack bars, game room, smoking lounge, individual airline baggage claim counters, ticketing agents, conference rooms, restrooms, gift shops and a shoe shine stand. Elevators are available at both levels of the terminal for the benefit of disabled travelers.
