Piedmont Triad International Airport Terminal Information
Terminals
Piedmont Triad International Airport consists of a two level terminal, which is separated as the north and south concourses. The Piedmont Triad International Airport terminal is built in an area of 256,000 square feet and supports 19 boarding gates, at which a total of 7 major commercial airlines operate.
Traveler services at the Piedmont Triad International Airport provides restaurants and snack bars, game room, smoking lounge, individual airline baggage claim counters, ticketing agents, conference rooms, restrooms, gift shops and a shoe shine stand. Elevators are available at both levels of the terminal for the benefit of disabled travelers.
Parking at Piedmont Triad International Airport is sectioned into seven categories and are located at various strategic spots close to the passenger terminal. Ground transportation can either be arranged through the booths located inside the Piedmont Triad International Airport terminal or hired from the curbside. Piedmont Triad International Airport belongs to a 3000-acre land area reserved for aviation services and is governed and maintained by the Piedmont Triad Airport Authority.

Tourist Information
Volunteers staff three information booths located throughout the terminal and assist the public with airport, airline and tourism information.
