The Hamburg Airport 's Airport Office, located in between the Arrivals Levels of Terminals 3 and 4, provides tourists with many services such as hotel reservations, tickets for events, souvenirs and much more.

First aid and doctors are available at the DRK (German Red Cross) medical centre at Hamburg Airport .
Facilities for the Physically Challenged
Toilets
All toilets in the terminals and on the passenger pier are specially designed for travellers with disabilities. The toilets are marked with the international disability sign.
Wheelchairs
DRK mediservice at the Hamburg Airport provides wheelchairs for travellers with reduced mobility.
