Ground Transportation

The Indianapolis Airport is served by taxis, buses, hotel courtesy vehicles, and limousine services. The Ground Transportation Center of the Indianapolis Airport is located at the lower level of the parking garage. This provides access to bus services, hotel courtesy vehicles, and limousines.

Bus Services

The city bus service to downtown Indianapolis is available at the courtesy vehicle island across from the Northwest / Midwest Connect baggage claim areas of the Indianapolis Airport. These buses stop on the city's west side.

Hotel Courtesy Vehicles

The hotel courtesy vehicles can be boarded at the courtesy vehicle islands located just outside the Ground Transportation Center and across from the US Airways baggage claim area. Not all hotels offer this service. It is therefore recommended to check the hotel information boards located in baggage claim areas for information about hotel shuttle services.

Taxi Services

Taxis at the Indianapolis Airport are available on the terminal side of Lower Terminal Drive. Push the taxi call button curbside to call your cab. All taxis are equipped with meters, and fares should not exceed the amount shown on the meter.

Limousine Services

Companies such as Shared Ride Service, Affinity Limousine & Tours, Inc, Carey Indiana, and Hoosier Limousine, Inc offer limousine services at the Indianapolis Airport.
