The Louisville Airport features a modern and efficient terminal that offers many facilities for travelers. These facilities include ATMs, a bank on the upper level of the terminal, an information booth in the baggage claim area, retail shops, and food and beverage outlets. The retail shops located at the airport include a full-service newsstand, bookstores, sports goods shops, and a games arcade. As a convenience for travelers, the Louisville Airport provides airport police, fire fighters, and emergency medical technicians who are on duty around the clock. The terminal of the Louisville Airport also offers mail drop airside, a full service United Services Organization, and also a shoeshine store.

A unique feature of the Louisville Airport is the Louisville Concierge and Business Center, located on the airport's departure level. The Louisville Concierge offers computers with Internet access, copying, faxing, notary services, overnight shipping, document shredding, and international calling. Also on offer is a fully furnished conference room with comfortable seating for 12 people. The Louisville Airport also features several facilities for travelers with disabilities. These include numerous hearing-aid compatible and volume-control phones along with telephones for the hearing impaired, wheelchair accessible phones, specially designed ramps, curbs, doors, and elevators located at key locations.

Fire fighters and emergency medical technicians are on duty 24-hours a day. In case of emergency call 250 on one of the beige courtesy telephones in the terminal. In addition to this, Automatic Electronic Defibrillators are located in multiple locations of the terminal.

Elevators

Elevators provide easy access to all part of the airport. The elevators feature Braille floor designations and raised controls to assist travelers with visual impairments. Additionally, the airport features rampways, specially designed curbs and doors for convenient wheelchair access.

Telephones at the airport are handicapped-accessible. The terminal also features numerous hearing-aid compatible phones and phones with volume control.
