Tourist Information
The Welcome Desk Meeting Milano, the airport's tourist information desk, is located on the ground floor of Arrivals B in Terminal 1.
Medical Facilities
For medical emergencies, First Aid - Medical Service centres are located on the first underground floor of Terminal 1 (pre security area) and the Departures area of Terminal 2.
Facilities for the Physically Challenged
Lifts
Lifts provide easy access to most parts of the Milan Malpensa Airport . For visually impaired passengers, the airport features lifts with Braille code.
Assistance
Sala Amica provides special assistance to travellers with disabilities. Sala Amica rooms are located near entrance door 1 on the second floor and near the gates in Terminal 1. Further more, an assistance service point is available in the check-in area of Terminal 2.
Telephones
The airport offers telephone booths equipped with Braille code for visually impaired passengers.
