Introduction

Oslo Gardermoen Airport (OSL) is Norway's largest international airport, flying around 15 million passengers annually to and from Norway's capital city.

Located 30 miles (48 kms) north of Oslo, Gardermoen International Airport provides efficient connections to regional road and rail networks, including buses and express trains every 10 minutes to Oslo Central Station (journey time 20 minutes). All inter-city and express trains on the Skien-Oslo-Lillehammer-Trondheim route also stop at Oslo Airport Gardermoen station and a dedicated airport highway offers a fast road connection to Highway E6.

One of two airports serving Oslo, Gardermoen replaced Fornebu Airport in 1998 as the city's major international airport, providing thousands of domestic and international flights each year.
