Terminals

The terminal complex of Richmond International Airport (RIC) consists of two concourse, 22 boarding gates and a large central atrium. The atrium area of the terminal at Richmond International Airport (RIC) provides several restaurants, fast food outlets, beverage counters and retail shopping centers. The ground level of the terminal features baggage claim carousels, Business Center, rental car counters, ticketing offices, telephones, banking facilities and information centers.

Gift Shops


Gift shops are located in the second level atrium of the terminal at Richmond International Airport (RIC).

Restaurants and Bars


Restaurants, fast food outlets, beverage counters and snack bars are available inside the second level atrium and near the entrances to concourses A and B.


Business Services

Internet Access


Free WiFi Internet access is provided by Richmond International Airport (RIC). The facility is only available in the upper level of the terminal. The ground level Business Center also features plug-in connectivity to the Internet.



Currency Exchange and ATMs

Foreign Exchange Desks


Foreign currency exchange is available at the full service bank located in the main lobby of the ground floor.

Automatic Teller Machines (ATMs)


ATM machines are available in the upper level of the terminal near the entrance to concourse B and in the lobby of each parking garage.


Extra Traveler Facilities

Tourist Information


Information about Richmond International Airport (RIC) and the metro Richmond area is available at the counter staffed by the Richmond Metropolitan Convention and Visitor's Bureau. The counter is located on the lower level next to the left of Door 3.
