Terminals

Syracuse Hancock International Airport consists of two terminals, terminal A and B. The terminals contain boarding gates 1 through 27, five flight information centers and several traveler services and facilities. Facilities and services include ATMs, restaurants, snack bars, gift shop and newsstand, barber shop, restrooms, public telephones, lifts and escalators, cocktail lounges, airline clubs, conference centers and police and security units. Syracuse Hancock International Airport is open 24 hours for flight operation.

The '˜Discover the Airport Exhibit', which has been on display inside the main concourse between terminal A and B since 1996, offers travelers waiting for flight arrivals or departures, a place to relax and leisurely enjoy the history, operational methods, safety measures and maintenance details on exhibit. Some airlines provide lounges and clubs for regular clients and the terminal cocktail lounges and conference centers provide ample space and facilities for meetings, gatherings and small parties for up to 125 people.

Several major airlines operate daily flights from Syracuse Hancock International Airport to many domestic and international destinations. These airlines include American Eagle, Continental, Delta, Independence, JetBlue, Northwest, United Express and US Airways.
