Airline Lounges
Alitalia VIP Lounge is the only lounge area maintained by an airline serving at the airport. Other VIP lounges at the airport include Cisalpina Tours, Sala VIP SAVE Marco Polo Club and South Terrace. All VIP lounges are located in the 2nd floor of the airport terminal. The 1st floor Departures area offers the Sala Amica and Southside waiting lounge for the general public.
Tourist Information
Information for travellers are provided by several counters operated by SAVE flight information and the Venezia tourist bureau.
Medical Facilities
First-aid, medical and nursing services as well as an equipped ambulance are available in the ground floor (Arrivals).
Facilities for the Physically Challenged
Marco Polo Venice Airport (VCE) is accessible to the travellers with disabilities and provide accessible services and facilities for their convenience.
