The terminal of the Charlotte Airport covers an area of nearly 1.5 million square feet and offers many facilities and services. Tourist Information
The Information Counter is located at the Ticketing Lobby of the Charlotte Douglas International Airport. Open daily from 7:00 am to 9:00 pm, the Information Counter provides general airport information and paging services. Call (704) 359-4013 to contact the Information Counter.
The Welcome Center located at the baggage claim of the airport also provides general airport information as well as tourism information about Charlotte and the Mid-Carolinas region. The Welcome Center is open daily from 7:30 am to 11:00 pm.
