Any inquiries related to traveling as a passenger to the United States of America should be directed to the immigration department of the Bureau of Customs and Border Protection.
Baggage Stores
A baggage information screen is available to passengers inside the Domestic Arrivals area. The screen information enables passengers to locate their luggage on one of three carousels. The Baggage Services Counter assists people with lost luggage or general inquiries regarding luggage. It's located in the northeast corner of the Domestic Arrivals Hall. For International Arrivals, inquiries should be directed to an airline representative.
Lost & Found
All enquiries regarding lost items should be directed to the airport security office, located at the west end inside the Airport Terminal. For items left on board an aircraft and lost luggage, please contact the airlines directly or call Airport Security on 905-679-4908.
