Baggage Stores
CDS Baggage Storage provides short and long term baggage storage at the Vancouver International Airport. They have locations on the arrivals level of both the international and domestic terminals.
Lost & Found
The Vancouver Airport (YVR) Lost and Found Department is located at the Customer Service Counter on Departure Level 3 of the International Terminal. Items left on aircrafts are the responsibility of the respective airline. Hours of operation are from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm daily. The Lost and Found Department can be contacted on 604-276-6104.
Missing baggage
Contact the respective airline in regard to missing baggage. The airport's Lost and Found Department can only assist with items lost in public areas of the airport.
Help for stranded travelers
Stranded travelers can ask for assistance at the information desk located on Level 1 of the Domestic Terminal.
